What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planning Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. This position focuses on ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining stock levels, and driving operational efficiency for a specific brand. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in supply planning or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Creating plan of orders and transfers over supply chain of specific brand and collaborate with logistic team to execute it
• Monitoring vendor performance and resolving issues and concerns
• Managing excess/aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon and 3PL
• Maintaining effective and proactive relationships with suppliers and continuously improve operational effectiveness
• Identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity
• Monitoring of stock levels for all warehouses
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sales plan execution for the brand and maintain service level on marketplaces

Qualifications

• Have experience of at least 1 years in Planning (Supply Planning is better)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (knowing Querry would be a plus)
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
