What we're looking for

We’re looking for an E-commerce Lead to own one of our brands. You’ll be responsible for the P&L and play a key role in driving growth and success. Day-to-day, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and collaborate with teams across supply chain, marketing, customer support, data, and brand management to make sure everyone’s in sync and moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the brand's daily performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews
• Stay updated on industry news and marketplace changes, ensuring the brand remains competitive and compliant
• Conduct regular audits of product listings and provide recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback
• Address and troubleshoot operational issues efficiently, alerting the relevant teams or marketplace representatives
• Collaborate closely with the brand management team to align strategies and establish clear goals for all departments
• Gather insights from the customer support team to enhance the customer experience and ensure the best practices are implemented
• Work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability, maintain product quality, and update packaging and certifications as required
• Lead integration efforts when acquiring new businesses, coordinating with other teams to ensure a smooth transition
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and reduce operational costs
• Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate, staying informed about the product's ecosystem, including competitor and industry landscapes
• Lead the vision of brand development including new product development, launches into new countries, and launches on new marketplaces

Requirements

• Previous operations experience in a complicated environment which requires day-to-day maintenance
• Analytical thinking and commercial mindset
• Experience in sales forecasting, profit planning, and their execution
• Experience in managing complex projects and facing challenging situations
• Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
